Points saillants

At the upper elevations pockets of soft surface slab up to three feet in depth lurk on some steep shaded aspects. If triggered these slabs could pull out deeper snow layers all the way to the ground. The hazard at all elevations will increase rapidly as air temperatures rise. Large dangerous wet slab and wet loose avalanches are possible at all elevations during the warmer portions of the day. These events have been observed to run on the ground surface. Travel in avalanche terrain is not recommended after significant warming has occured.
