Points saillants

The General Avalanche Hazard is LOW at all elevations. The snowpack is mostly stable and avalanches are unlikely. Some sloughs of the new snow are possible on the West side of the Tetons where more snow has fallen, but the fresh snow is very light density and winds have been light. Remember, LOW hazard holds the possibility that a backcountry traveler could trigger an isolated pocket of older slab in steep, wind-loaded starting zones.
