A low pressure sytem brought up to two feet of snow to the mid and upper elevations of the forecast region during the period of October 5-7, 2000. Lower elevation slopes are bare or have shallow snow depths. This page will be updated periodically as our instrumentation is reconnected and the potential for avalanche activity increases.
