Points saillants

The general avalanche hazard is LOW today. At upper elevations, isolated pockets of slab to a foot in depth lie on crusts and could be triggered today by backcountry users on steep wind loaded slopes. Loose snow avalanches could also be triggered and although they may start with a small amount of moving snow, can rapidly gain mass as they descend the slope. If signinficant warming and sun occur today, loose snow sluffing and sunballing are likely.
