Snowpack Structure
Forecast Weather Influences: Temperature inversion conditions with low temperatures in glens and milder temperatures near summits. Moderate to strong West winds easing and becoming South-West later. No precipitation is forecast. Observed Weather Influences: Cold, dry, light to moderate West-North-West winds. ObservedSnowStability: A dusting of fresh snow above 750 metre with little or no drifting. The patchy snowpack remains refrozen and stable. The avalanche hazard is Low.
