At the upper elevations isolated pockets of shallow wind slab up to a foot deep could be triggered by ski mountaineers, climbers or extreme athletes venturing into steep avalanche starting zones and cliff areas. Triggered shallow surface slides could sweep people off their feet and carry them over a cliff or down slopes. Avalanches are unlikely at the mid and lower elevations.

With the change to a more westerly weather pattern skies will be overcast Sunday night and Monday. Flurries are expected during the day then light snow by Monday evening. Morning mountain temperatures will be near ten degrees then warm to the low 20s. Winds will be westerly at 15 miles per hour. Valley inversions will weaken but will not clear out until Monday night. The general avalanche hazard will be LOW at all elevations. The snowpack is mostly stable and avalanches are unlikely except in isolated pockets on very steep terrain at upper elevations. When recreating in avalanche terrain always use safe travel practices and carry avalanche rescue equipment.
