Points saillants

Isolated shallow pockets of soft slab formed by south to southwest winds may exist along the highest elevation ridgeines and in the starting zones of steep couloirs and bowls. Aside from shallow loose snow sluffs on very steep slopes avalanches are unlikely at the mid elevations. The snowpack generally extends to 8,500 feet on southerly aspects and to 7,500 or northerly aspects. This is our last advisory of the 2003/2004 season.
