New snow and wind slabs above approximately 2000 m. The new snow can be released naturally in all aspects above approximately 2000 m. Loose snow avalanches and slab avalanches are still to be expected. An appreciable danger of slab avalanches exists.
On steep shady slopes and in gullies and bowls, and behind abrupt changes in the terrain avalanches are possible, even large ones. Below approximately 2000 m medium-sized moist loose snow avalanches are possible.
The snowpack remains unstable over a wide area. Shady slopes where weaknesses exist in the old snowpack are especially dangerous.
