Avalanche Activity

Further increase in avalanche danger as a consequence of the new snow.

In particular on very steep north facing slopes medium-sized avalanches are possible as a consequence of the new snow.

Snowpack Structure

In all regions 20 to 30 cm of snow, and even more in some localities, fell on Friday. In all regions 15 to 20 cm of snow will fall. The weather conditions will give rise to unfavourable bonding of the snowpack.
