Points saillants
At the upper elevations soft surface slabs up to 18 inches in depth persist. These slabs could be human triggered on steep wind loaded aspects, in cliff areas and beneath cornices. Older slabs up to 3 feet in depth could also be initiated on steep northerly aspects especially by larger triggers such as snow machines or groups. Avalanches are unlikely at the mid and lower elevations except in isolated pockets. Some loose snow may sluff off steep sunlit aspects and cliffbands as the day warms.
