Points saillants
Today looks to be the clearest and warmest day we have had in the Tetons this spring. As a result the avalanche hazard will raise to CONSIDERABLE as mountain temperatures could get as high as fifty degrees. At all elevations wet loose avalanches could be released by backcountry users as well as release naturally as such warming occurs. At the upper elevations where not much recent warming has occurred wet slab avalanches are also possible. Steep snow covered slopes at low elevations, where freezing did not occur will be sensitive today and terrain traps should be avoided.
