Avalanche Activity

New snow and wind slabs above approximately 1400 m.

In particular on very steep slopes individual small avalanches are possible as a consequence of new snow and wind.

Snowpack Structure

The snowpack remains generally favourable. The new snow is bonding quite well with the old snowpack. The wind slabs are to be found especially adjacent to ridgelines and in gullies and bowls.
