Avalanche Summary

You can trigger wet snow avalanches or large cornice falls, and some may run naturally. Start and end your day early to avoid these avalanches. Move off steep terrain if you experience collapsing or the snow surfaces become soft and cohesionless. Don't travel under overhanging cornices.
