Avalanche Summary

Snowfall and strong winds will drift snow into thick slabs. High elevation slopes that held snow before this storm will be the most dangerous. You can reduce your chances of triggering an avalanche by avoiding rounded, firm pillows of snow near ridgelines and along gully walls.
