At mid and upper elevations pockets of slabs up to a foot deep rest upon slick, hard crusts and could be triggered in steep wind loaded starting zones. Forecasted snowfall will increase the hazard through the day. Warm low elevation temperatures and possible rain will increase the chances of and wet slide activity in steep terrain.
