Points saillants

The general avalanche hazard at all elevations is low in the early morning hours and will increase to moderate as temperatures warm. Due to the temperature inversion the hazard at the upper elevations will rapidly increase. The potential to trigger isolated pockets of slab and loose wet slides on very steep snow covered slopes and in cliff areas will increase as snow surfaces soften. Snow is likely to fall from very steep snow covered slopes in the highest peaks of the Teton Range.
