Avalanche Activity

The weather will be very warm. As a consequence of warming the prevalence and size of the avalanche prone locations will increase.

The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular on shady slopes at intermediate and high altitudes. Mostly small avalanches are possible in particular on steep shady slopes. Avalanches can be released, mostly by large loads in isolated cases.

Snowpack Structure

The spring-like weather conditions gave rise to increasing consolidation of the snowpack, especially on shady slopes. On sunny slopes hardly any snow is lying.

Tendency

In some localities light precipitation.
