Observed Weather Influences: It was a cold, dry, sunny day with moderate North-Easterly winds. ObservedSnowStability: Poorly bonded windslab is present on many aspects with North to East aspects above 900 metres most affected. Recent cornices are fragile. The older snowpack is firm and stable. One human triggered avalanche recorded on an East aspect at 1200 metres. The avalanche hazard is Considerable.
