Avalanche Activity

Wind slabs represent the main danger.

In particular on very steep grassy slopes and on sunny slopes individual small slab avalanches are possible. This applies in particular in case of a large load. Ground avalanches are possible.

Snowpack Structure

Sunshine and high temperatures will give rise as the day progresses to gradual moistening of the snowpack in particular on sunny slopes.
