Points saillants
Avalanche activity is unlikely in the stable snowpack that exists above 7500 feet where loose snow lies upon very hard crusts. At lower elevations, snow depths remain too shallow for avalanche considerations.
Avalanche Discussion
( Discussion is generated from the previous day's afternoon forecast. )Clouds will be on the increase tomorrow, with snow developing in the late afternoon and evening. Temperatures in the mountains are to reach the mid-twenties before cooling off as the storm arrives. A mostly stable snowpack exists and the general avalanche hazard will be low tomorrow.
