Avalanche Summary

The avalanche danger is decreasing; however, you should cautiously approach slopes steeper than 30 degrees on northerly through easterly-facing upper-elevation areas. Here, you may still trigger an avalanche large enough to bury you. If you notice signs of instability, such as cracking or collapsing, move to a slope with a slope angle of less than about 30 degrees. Find safer travel options by sticking to southerly-facing or below-treeline slopes with no weak snow near the ground.
