Points saillants
The general avalanche hazard is Moderate today. Winds over the last several days and strong winds over the last 24 hours have resulted in slabs to three feet in depth at upper elevations and to a foot in depth at mid elevations. These slabs lie on weak layers of faceted snow and crusts and could be triggered by backcountry users on steep slopes, around cliff areas, and in steep gullies.
