Points saillants
Colder air moved into the region yesterday morning. Daytime highs in the mountains only rose into the 30s. Temperatures dropped into the upper teens to low 20s overnight. The general avalanche hazard will increase as the day warms. Human triggered wet slides are possible on very steep snow covered slopes after snow surfaces have softened. This forecast does not extend to terrain above an elevation of 10,500 feet. Very little snow exist at the lower elevations.
