The surface of the snowpack will freeze to form a strong crust and will soften during the day. Adjacent to ridgelines above approximately 2700 m: Mostly small wind slabs will form. Single winter sport participants can release avalanches in isolated cases. Especially very steep shady slopes: In very isolated cases the avalanches can be triggered in deep layers of the snowpack and reach medium size. As a consequence of warming during the day and solar radiation individual mostly small wet avalanches are possible as the day progresses above approximately 2300 m.

In some localities 0 to 5 cm of snow fell on Saturday above approximately 2500 m. Little snow will fall until the evening in the east. The new snow of Easter Sunday has settled to a large extent in all aspects. This snow remains in some cases prone to triggering in particular on very steep shady slopes above approximately 2800 m. The snowpack will be quite moist. The old snowpack is unfavourably layered. Yesterday at intermediate altitudes further small avalanches were reported. At low and intermediate altitudes from a snow sport perspective, insufficient snow is lying.

The weather conditions will cause a slight rise in the avalanche danger as the day progresses.
