Forecast Snow Stability: Little change is expected, snow cover will be very limited. Snow patches will remain very firm and icy with largest areas on steep North through East to South-East aspects above 900 metres, mainly in gullies and around corrie rims. Elsewhere will be mostly bare ground. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: After an overnight frost it will be a dry, cold, cloudy day with light winds. Summit temperatures will remain just below freezing. Observed Weather Influences: A clear sunny day with very light winds. The freezing level rose to just above the highest summits. ObservedSnowStability: Snow cover is very limited. Snow patches remain firm and icy with largest areas on North through East to South-East aspects above 900 metres. Mainly bare ground elsewhere. The avalanche hazard is Low.
