Above approximately 1000 m snow will fall until midday. A very large quantity of fresh snow as well as the sometimes deep wind slabs are very prone to triggering in all aspects. The fresh snow and the wind slabs can be released naturally. In these regions numerous large to very large avalanches are to be expected. In addition there is a danger of powder avalanches. In these regions the avalanches can reach as far as the valley bottom and endanger transportation routes that are exposed. Without question, it is inadvisable to engage in ski touring, freeriding and snowshoe hiking.

More snow than expected has fallen. 150 cm of snow, and even more in some localities, has fallen since yesterday. Above approximately 1000 m snow will fall until midday over a wide area. The new snow is bonding only slowly with the old snowpack. The easterly wind will transport the new snow. Intermediate and high altitudes: Individual weak layers exist in the old snowpack especially on shady slopes.

Large quantities of fresh snow and the wind-drifted snow remain for the foreseeable future prone to triggering.
