Towards the highest peaks, small wind slabs could linger. Otherwise stable conditions. However, travel conditions are challenging on hard and icy snow surface.

I høyden over mildværsgrensen (ca 800 moh) kan det være små ustabile lommer med fokksnø. Ellers er det stabile forhold. Etterhvert som snøoverflaten fryser på kan det bli krevende ferdselsforhold på hard og isete snøoverflate.

Snowpack Structure

4 desember har et kortvarig mildvær påvirket snødekket opp mot ca 800 moh, men nedbør som snø i de høyeste områdene. I høyden og områder som er mer skjerma for mildværet er det finkorna snø/ fokksnø av ulik hardhet. Det er hardt og skare der det var mest fuktig under mildværet. Utsatte steder er avblåst.
