Avalanche Activity

Solar radiation may cause some small natural wet avalanches. Generally stable conditions in many places due to a hard snow surface. Be aware of the risk of slipping on hard and icy snow surface. In the alpine there may be smaller areas with unstable wind deposited snow.

Skredene forventes i all hovedsak å bli små, men vær forsiktig i områder med fokksnøflak.

Snowpack Structure

Tendency

Solar radiation may cause some small natural wet avalanches in sun exposed terrain. In the alpine there may be smaller areas with unstable wind deposited snow. Be cautious near terrain traps.

Be aware of the risk of slipping on hard and icy snow surface.
