Individual avalanche prone locations for dry avalanches are to be found in particular on extremely steep shady slopes. Restraint should be exercised because avalanches can sweep people along and give rise to falls.
Snowpack Structure
Less snow than usual is lying. Below approximately 2000 m no snow is lying. The old snowpack will be well bonded on steep sunny slopes. Faceted weak layers exist in the snowpack on north, northeast and northwest facing slopes. Hardly any more avalanches were reported.
Tendency
The avalanche danger will persist.
