Most terrain has generally LOW danger and mostly stable snow conditions exist. Low danger doesn't mean no danger and it may still be possible to trigger an avalanche in areas of extreme terrain. Carry appropriate rescue gear and continue to practice safe travel techniques.

Another sunny day is on tap with light NW winds and high temps near 30 degrees. I can't say that I remember a February with so little snowfall but hope is appearing on the horizon. A low pressure system approaching the southern California coast looks to be positioned pretty well for us and we could get a decent shot of snow Saturday into Sunday.
