Most terrain in this area is safe from avalanches due to the lack of snow. New snow on Sunday into Monday will not be enough to increase the avalanche danger.

If you plan to travel in very steep, consequential terrain in the alpine, look out for small pockets of drifted snow. Even a small avalanche can take you for a nasty ride in extreme terrain.
