Highlights
The General Avalanche Hazard is CONSIDERABLE. Surface slabs formed during recent snow and strong winds lie in the mountains to depths of three feet. These slabs may be triggered today in steep wind loaded avalanche terrain by riders or skiers. Once triggered, these avalanches may release deeper snow layers potentially to the ground.
