Forecast Snow Stability: The remaining snowpack will begin to refreeze at most elevations and will be stable. A crust will form on areas where deeper accumulations remain, mostly steep North to East aspects above 900 metres, around coire rims, head walls, gullies and crag aprons. Patches at lower elevations will continue to slowly thaw and diminish. Cornices remain unpredictable and fragile. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: It will remain dry throughout the period with mainly variable light to moderate, North to North-East winds. The freezing level will be around 900 metres. Observed Weather Influences: A mainly dry and cloudy day with periodic rain showers at all levels, some brighter spells. Winds were moderate to fresh from South-Westerly directions. The freezing level was around 1300 metres. ObservedSnowStability: The snowpack continues to slowly thaw at all elevations and is generally stable. A residual firmer base being exposed as softer snow diminishes. Deepest accumulations remain in steep North to East aspects above 900 metres, around coire rims, head walls, gullies and crag aprons. Remaining cornices continue to slump. The avalanche hazard is Low.
