Avalanche Summary

The most dangerous slopes are near treeline, north through east-facing slopes, typically just below a ridgeline. There are several weak layers of concern, and where you find a cohesive slab on top it will be easy to trigger an avalanche. Most of these avalanches will be small but they can still take you for a dangerous ride. You can trigger them from a distance too so be aware of steep slopes overhead and other parties nearby. You can find safer travel options by traveling below treeline or on more southwest-facing slopes.
