Isolated unstable deposits will also be found on South-West aspects and in lee locations at lower elevations. Steep terrain such as corrie rims, gully tops, scarp slopes and steep lee locations will be most affected. Any cornices will remain suspect. The avalanche hazard will be Considerable.

Observed Weather Influences: Overnight snowfall but dry during the day. A sunny morning with hill cloud developing early afternoon. Winds were light but strengthened from the South-West in the morning. Cold throughout, around -4 degrees at 800 metres at midday.
