LO for 15/2. Little changes, a few minor instabilities on N to E aspects above 1150m. Elsewhere generally stable. Low hazard.

Forecast Snow Stability: A few minor instabilities will remain in the deposits of old windslab at the top of North to East facing slopes and gullies above 1150 metres. In other locations stability will be generally good. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Snowpack Structure

Forecast Weather Influences: More of the same weather wise. Mainly dry, although a few light snow showers are possible, and a strong East-South-Easterly breeze. Again there may not be a well defined freezing level. However, temperatures will generally remain below freezing in most mountain locations. Observed Weather Influences: It was another dry day with near gale South-Easterly winds at higher levels. Although there was not a well defined freezing level, temperatures were generally below freezing in the hills. ObservedSnowStability: A few isolated instabilities remain at the top of slopes and gullies above 1150 metres on North to East aspects. These areas are not extensive. On other aspects and lower altitudes stability is generally good. The avalanche hazard is Low.
