Avalanche danger can easily range from low to high through the day. In general, reduce your exposure to avalanche terrain during periods of solar radiation, daytime warming, or rain.

As we move to spring, it is possible to have winter storms creating storm and wind slabs. The Nov 17th deep persistent problem persists and we will likely continue to see large avalanches with warming, solar radiation or rain events.
