Highlights
The avalanche danger is generally MODERATE today but there are areas with a CONSIDERABLE danger. The danger is most pronounced along the upper ridgelines where wind drifted the snow during the storm. You are most likely to trigger fresh drifts on northeast through south facing slopes.
Snow and Weather
A few more inches of snow trickled in on Thursday. Storm totals are about 20 inches across the Skyline. The strong wind slowed down dramatically and is fairly light now. Mountain temperatures are about 20 degrees.

We'll see cloudy skies with snow showers possible today. No significant accumulations are expected. Wind should remain light from the northwest. High temperatures will get into the upper 20s along the ridges.
Things clear out this weekend with high temperatures on Saturday in the mid 30s and highs on Sunday in the low 40s.
