Forecast Snow Stability: Little change. The patchy and wet snowpack will continue to thaw at all levels and will have good stability throughout. Many summits and slopes will be bare. Most snow will remain on high North to East aspects, on ridge flanks, round coire rims and in gullies and runnels. Little snow below 600 metres. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Patchy light rain and drizzle will persist overnight, but will ease during the day, becoming largely dry. However, there will be extensive hill fog throughout the period. The strong South-West wind will become light by daybreak, backing Southerly in the afternoon. The freezing level will remain well above the summits. Observed Weather Influences: A very mild day with patchy light rain and drizzle at all levels and a strong South-West wind, gale force at times around the summits. The freezing level was well above the summits. ObservedSnowStability: The patchy and wet snowpack is thawing at all levels and has good stability throughout.
