Avalanche Activity

Gradual increase in avalanche danger as a consequence of the new snow.

On steep slopes the avalanche danger will increase to level 2 (moderate). In all aspects and on steep slopes individual small to medium-sized avalanches are possible as a consequence of the snowfall. Avalanches can mostly be released by large loads.

Snowpack Structure

On steep south facing slopes thus far only a little snow is lying.
