The hazard at all elevations will increase as the day warms. DANGEROUS slabs up to four feet in depth lie upon weak layers of faceted snow. These slabs could release naturally or be human triggered especially in cliff areas and steep wind loaded starting zones. These slabs have the potential to step down to deep old snow surfaces or the ground. Wet loose, wet slab avalanches and cornice drops are possible on all aspects as temperatures warm. TRAVEL IN AVALANCHE TERRAIN IS NOT RECOMMENDED AFTER CRUSTS SOFTEN.
