Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Pockets of slab up to two feet in depth lie upon persistant weak layers of faceted snow. These slabs could be triggered on steep wind loaded aspects. With new snow and wind in the forecast the hazard will INCREASE as new loads are added to existing areas of unstable snow.
