Avalanche Summary

Steep wind-loaded slopes at higher elevations are still the most concerning and likely places to trigger a slide large enough to bury you. On steep, shady slopes near and below treeline, weak, cohesionless snow has become problematic and could take you for an unexpected ride. Use extra caution or simply avoid these areas to reduce your risk of an accident.
