The snow forecast has increased through Sunday morning. Paired with strong to extreme NW winds, we have a clear recipe for new , sensitive and large wind slabs at all elevation bands on Sunday. Stay off of steep wind loaded slopes. Extreme winds may form fresh slabs further downslope than usual. N-NW winds can also cause unusual loading patterns, so don't assume the "usual" windward slopes are safe.
With winds this strong, you'll find wind affected snow below treeline too. You may be able to trigger small wind slabs on open slopes at lower elevations. Watch for shooting cracks and new avalanches as signs that it's time to step back to simpler and lower angled terrain.
Some ridgelines will be scoured to rocks or perhaps the 1/14 crust. All of the new snow will be blown onto slopes below.
