In all aspects in all altitude zones thus far only a little snow is lying.

In particular along the border with France some new snow above approximately 2300 m. The avalanche prone locations are rather rare. These avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular at high altitudes and in high Alpine regions. Restraint should be exercised because avalanches can sweep people along and give rise to falls.

Snowpack Structure

Below approximately 2400 m from a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying. At higher altitudes snow depths vary greatly, depending on the infuence of the wind.

Tendency

Light snowfall above approximately 2300 m: The avalanche danger will persist.
