The fresh snow of the last few days and the wind slabs to be found above all in gullies and bowls and behind abrupt changes in the terrain can be released, especially by large additional loads,. On steep slopes small and medium-sized avalanches are possible. The wind slabs are to be assessed with care and prudence. In many places there is a danger of falling on the hard snow surface.

The fresh snow of last week and the sometimes deep wind slabs are lying on a crust. As a consequence of falling temperatures and snowfall and the strong wind, the snow drift accumulations will increase in size during the next few days. The snowpack remains subject to considerable local variations.

The avalanche danger will persist.
