Forecast Snow Stability: The snowpack will continue to consolidate. Stability will be generally good. The greatest cover will be mainly on North-West to North-East aspects above 950 metres. Small and isolated areas of new snow will be present above 800 metres, though amounts are not expected to be significant. Elsewhere, the cover is patchy and restricted to stream beds and hollows. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Overnight, moderate South-Easterly winds will back Northerly and become light during the day. Light snow during the morning. The freezing level will be around 800 metres. Observed Weather Influences: Overnight rain eased to leave a mainly dry day. The freezing level was around 1200 metres. Strong westerly winds and cloudy on the summits. ObservedSnowStability: The snowpack continues to consolidate, however wet snow instabilities are lingering on mainly North-West to North-East aspects above 1000 metres. Steep locations such as coire headwalls, gully tops and crag aprons are most affected. Remaining cornices are unstable and prone to collapse. Elsewhere the snow cover is patchy, moist and generally well bonded. The avalanche hazard is Low.
