Steep grassy slopes: Already in the early morning medium-sized and, in isolated cases, large gliding avalanches are to be expected. Sunny slopes and low altitudes: As the day progresses small and, in isolated cases, medium-sized wet snow slides are possible. The old wind slabs can be released by a single winter sport participant in isolated cases on very steep shady slopes at high altitude, especially at their margins. Backcountry touring and other off-piste activities call for meticulous route selection. Areas with glide cracks are to be avoided.

Tuesday: The weather will be partly cloudy. The southeasterly wind will transport only a little snow. The surface of the snowpack will freeze to form a strong crust and will soften during the day. Shady slopes intermediate and high altitudes: Faceted weak layers exist in the top section of the snowpack. In its middle, the snowpack is well consolidated. Towards its base, the snowpack is weak. At intermediate altitudes there are 150 to 200 cm of snow, and even more in some localities.

Wednesday: The danger of gliding avalanches and moist snow slides will not decrease for the time being.
