Forecast Snow Stability: New snow amounts are not expected to be significant mainly a light dusting above 1000 metres, falling near the end of the afternoon. The remaining old patchy snow cover will continue to thaw then consolidate has cooler condition take effect. Stability will be good in new and old accumulations in most locations. Largest areas will remain on sheltered North-East and East aspects above 850 metres, mainly in gullies and around coire rims. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: The freezing level will remain well above all the summits for most of the period but falling to around 1100 metres in the afternoon. Rain will fall at all levels in the morning, then drier conditions for a period before rain and some light snow showers at high elevations. Winds will be moderate South-Westerly veering and strengthening to West-South-Westerly. Observed Weather Influences: The mild conditions have continued to affect the area with low clouds and drizzle. Temperatures were plus 10 degrees celsius at sea level and plus 3.4 degrees celsius at 1200 metres with light South-Westerly winds.
