The general avalanche hazard is LOW today, however east winds have formed isolated pockets of new soft slabs up to one foot in depth which could be human triggered on steep wind loaded aspects. The general avalanche hazard is likely to be significantly higher in the Wind River Range where up to two feet of new snow fell.
